Enjoy a curated two-course selection featuring:
A glass of Italian Mionetto Prosecco on arrival.
Choice of Entrée:
Grilled Prawn Skewers: Garlic-infused prawns (6) with mango salsa & harissa yoghurt.
Goats Cheese & Pumpkin Arancini: Served with a rocket, pear & pine nut salad, topped with balsamic glaze.
Choice of Main:
Pan Seared Salmon: Served with a fresh Waldorf salad, dauphinoise potatoes & lemon butter sauce.
200g Rib Fillet: Served with thyme butter roasted heirloom carrots & parmesan mash.
