This new Italian restaurant honours the culinary legacy of the owner’s grandfathers: Nonno Giovanni, the farmer and maker, and Lewis, the beloved butcher and drover. These ‘two wise guys’ embody the heritage that flavours every plate.

Every dish is a love letter to their tradition, rooted in the belief that the best meals start in the soil. We feature hand-rolled dough rested for 48 hours, meats sliced in-house, and pizzas fired in a custom Italian oven by a Sicilian chef.
